Harmony within task
If you look up what «harmony» means search engines will show you pictures of meditation or stones resting on each other. For them, harmony means peace and no movement. But not for us. The MindFormat team only views harmony in the context of human activity.
Mind is a flow
Our methodology considers mind as a flow. Let's take a look at the airflow, for example, around the wing of a flying plane. Initially it is a direct, laminar movement. We call it a systemic movement. But then the flow becomes more chaotic, multi-faceted, turbulent. In our coordinate system, this is an analytical mind.
Between system and analytics
There are two streams of mind which are naturally opposite, a rigid system and a creative analytical one. If the first one prevails you understand the world concretely and literally; if the second is dominant you concentrate on the diversity of the surrounding world and seek to increase the number of new ideas. Each of us has our own balance of systemic and analytical mind.
Not just testing
In order to measure the predominance of mind and learn from a dozen more brain characteristics, we have created a deep assessment system, currently consisting of 110 text-based stimuli. By answering simple questions, you reveal the characteristics of your brain, the volume and structure of incoming information - key parameters of your MindFormat.
Machine intelligence evaluating human intelligence
Based on the results of an individual study, MindFormat's neural network makes a prediction and chooses the most appropriate one out of 27 MindFormats. Our AI has been trained on almost 100,000 real examples, and we also use CatBoost and LightGBM technologies. All this has allowed us to achieve a 97+% accuracy of the prediction. Every day, our artificial intelligence becomes even smarter.
Returning to tasks
In addition to the MindFormats, AI will assess how well your current task matches the capabilities and characteristics of your brain, and will select the task that is most comfortable and harmonious for you. The MindFormat service provides a description of suitable tasks and a list of professions in which a person of your MindFormat will find it easier to achieve good results.
